Kung Po Roasted Duck
- 1 whole roasted duck cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 5 tbsp SZECHUAN CHILI OIL OR ANY OIL
- 2 cup spring onion
- In pan with szechuan chili oil or any vegetable oil saute with the cooked roasted duck for 1 minutes
- Then add all sauce and stir fry for another 3 to 5 minute till sauce to a boil then continue stir fry the roasted duck till its almost dry
