Pork, Nori and Cheese Rolls: For Bentos
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 the same amount as the pork Nori seaweed
- 1 the same amount as the pork Sliced cheese
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Mirin
- Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
- Layer a piece each of nori seaweed and cheese on top.
- Use half of a slice of cheese.
- Roll up.
- Pan fry the rolls.
- When the surface is browned, put on a lid and cook through over medium heat.
- When the cheese starts to melt out, add the sauce ingredients.
- Coat the rolls with the sauce and melted cheese, and they're done.
