Pork, Nori and Cheese Rolls: For Bentos

  1. Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer a piece each of nori seaweed and cheese on top.
  3. Use half of a slice of cheese.
  4. Roll up.
  5. Pan fry the rolls.
  6. When the surface is browned, put on a lid and cook through over medium heat.
  7. When the cheese starts to melt out, add the sauce ingredients.
  8. Coat the rolls with the sauce and melted cheese, and they're done.
