Mocha Cheese Tarts

  1. Make tart shells.
  2. Replace 1 tablespon of flour with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  3. Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg.
  5. Gently stir in the heavy cream coffee.
  6. Sift in flour and cocoa powder and stir well.
  7. Keep adding flour untilthe moxture reaches a ribbony texture.
  8. Spoon the cream cheese into the tart shells, then sprinkle oreo bits or other preferred topping.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for ten minutes or until the filling is firm.
  10. Serve warm or chilled :)
