Buttery Pecan-Stuffed Squash
- 12 each acorn squash, halved, seeded
- 3 qt. prepared STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1-1/3 cups raisins
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- Place squash, cut-sides down, in parchment paper-lined sheet pans; cover.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 35 min.
- Meanwhile, combine stuffing, nuts and raisins.
- Turn squash; fill with stuffing mixture.
- Mix butter and sugar; drizzle over squash.
- Bake 10 to 15 min.
- or until squash is tender and heated through.
