Bailey's New York Egg Cream Recipe

  1. In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, lowfat milk, and syrup till well blended.
  2. Add in the seltzer water all at once, that will produce 2-inch foamy head.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Makes 1 serving.
