Bailey's New York Egg Cream Recipe
- 3 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
- 3 ounce Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 ounce Chocolate or possibly vanilla syrup
- 6 ounce Bottle seltzer water or possibly club soda
- In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, lowfat milk, and syrup till well blended.
- Add in the seltzer water all at once, that will produce 2-inch foamy head.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving.
