Italian-Style Chicken Stir-Fry
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, red peppers and carrots), thawed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
- Add vegetables and dressing; stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
- or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Serve chicken mixture over rice.
