Moms Stuffed Shells
- 1 box Jumbo Shells (12 Oz.)
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 pound Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 pounds Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (32 Oz.)
- 2 cups Spinach (optional)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 1.
- Cook shells according to package instruction; drain.
- 2.
- Beat eggs.
- Add ricotta, 1/2 pound mozzarella, and parmesan.
- Mix in seasonings.
- 3.
- Pour 1/2 of the sauce in a 9x13 baking dish.
- 4.
- Stuff cooked shells with filling and arrange in dish 5.
- Pour remaining sauce on top of shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 6.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella 10 minutes before done.
