Taco Salad Bowls

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Crumple 4 large sheets of foil to make 4 (3-inch) balls; place on baking sheet.
  3. Place 1 tortilla over each ball; spray with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 tsp.
  5. chili powder.
  6. Bake 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until tortillas are golden brown.
  8. (Tortillas will drape over balls as they bake.)
  9. Meanwhile, brown meat with carrots and remaining chili powder in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add 1/2 cup salsa; cook and stir 2 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Mix mayo and remaining salsa in large bowl.
  13. Add salad greens and tomatoes; mix lightly.
  14. Spoon into tortilla shells; top with meat mixture, cheese and cilantro.
