Buffalo Chicken Roll-ups

  1. Mix hot sauce and melted butter.
  2. Pour into a plastic zip bag.
  3. Add pounded chicken breast and let sit in the fridge 20 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F.
  5. Take chicken out, lay each one flat.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on top (you can substitute blue cheese or mozzarella).
  7. Roll up and use a toothpick to hold.
  8. Repeat with each pounded breast.
  9. Place in a baking dish.
  10. Cover with foil.
  11. Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes or until juices are clear and chicken is done.
  12. Remove foil and broil 5 minutes.
  13. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery.
