Buffalo Chicken Roll-ups
- 1 cup Hot Sauce (We Like Frank's)
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter (can Use Spray Or Margirine)
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast, Pounded Thin
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter.
- Pour into a plastic zip bag.
- Add pounded chicken breast and let sit in the fridge 20 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Take chicken out, lay each one flat.
- Place a slice of cheese on top (you can substitute blue cheese or mozzarella).
- Roll up and use a toothpick to hold.
- Repeat with each pounded breast.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes or until juices are clear and chicken is done.
- Remove foil and broil 5 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery.
