Randi's Beef & Pepper's

  1. Marinate beef in your desired amout of soy sauce & the 2 tbls of beef boullion for 15 min to a couple hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry up the meat till there's no pink left , add your cut up bell pepper's & cook some more.
  3. Season with black pepper, garlic & onion powder, then simmer till beef & peppers are done to your liking.
  4. Feel free to add onions, mushrooms, & other seasonings if you would like, there are lots of ways to play around with this recipe, this is just my quick and easy version :) Also you can sprinkle lime juice & cilantro on top and serve with corn tortilla's...enjoy :)
