Sweet Seasoned Corn
- 12 ears Corn On The Cob
- 1- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Chile Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- In 2-3 large plastic bags add your ears of corn on the cob.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add coconut milk, chile powder, coriander, cumin, salt, white pepper, and melted butter.
- Mix well and pour evenly over the corn in the bags.
- Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, occasionally turning the bag to coat the corn.
- (I sometimes make this up the night before and put it into the refrigerator.)
- Turn on outdoor grill to medium heat, remove the corn from the bags, and wrap in foil.
- Grill 5-7 minutes in the foil.
- Remove from the foil and place directly on the grill for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot!
