Deep Fried Mussel Meats Recipe

  1. Dip meats in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs (or possibly use a prepared fish or possibly clam batter or possibly tempura mix).
  2. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees till golden.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper and serve on a warm serving platter.
  4. Garnish with parsley and lemon quarters.
  5. Serve cocktail and tartar sauces on the side.
  6. Serves 2.
