Smoked Turkey Soup Recipe

  1. Cover bones and skin with water in a large pot.
  2. Simmer for about 1 hour.
  3. Remove bones and skins from broth.
  4. Leave meat in broth.
  5. Add in other ingredients and simmer 3 hrs.
  6. Add in more water or possibly canned chicken broth if needed.
  7. Easy.
