Smoked Turkey Soup Recipe
- Carcass and skin from smoked turkey
- 1 lg. onion
- 5-6 ribs celery
- 1 lg. bag dry split green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover bones and skin with water in a large pot.
- Simmer for about 1 hour.
- Remove bones and skins from broth.
- Leave meat in broth.
- Add in other ingredients and simmer 3 hrs.
- Add in more water or possibly canned chicken broth if needed.
- Easy.
