coconut cream fruit tart

• 1 packages sugar cookie dough
• 3 tbsp berry jam
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 cup cream of coconut
• 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
• 1 lime
• 3 cup mixed fresh berries

1. roll out dough & press into 9" tart pan.
2. bake at 350 for 20 min.
3. once cool, spread crust with jam.
4. combine next 3 ingredients, 2 t. lime juice & 1/2 t. lime zest.
5. spread mixture over jam & top with berries.
