Rib Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 finely chopped onion, medium size
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup canned beef broth
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 34 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup light brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground coriander
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon cumin powder
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- In a medium saucepan, heat the oil.
- Add the onion and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- toss it until the onion is translucent for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
