Dijon Ranch Chicken Sandwich
- 72 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 72 rolls kaiser roll, split
- 72 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- 144 slices OSCAR MAYER Fast Prep Precooked Bacon
- 72 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 12 each medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- Cook chicken breasts 5 to 6 minutes on each side until or cooked through (170F).
- Mix dressing and mustard until well blended
- For each serving: Spread about 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture onto each cut side of roll.
- Top bottom half of roll with 1 chicken breast, 1 process cheese slice, 2 bacon slices, 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice; cover with top half of roll.
