Flora's 4 ingredient icebox cake

  1. So who doesn't love the simplicity of icebox cake?
  2. I have to admit desserts that are cool, smooth, and not overly sweet are my faves.
  3. The problem?
  4. I had no clue how to make one!
  5. I thought, recipe?
  6. We don't need no stickin recipe.
  7. (btw if you just read that in the voice of Maria from Troop Beverly Hills then we are soul mates and you will def love this) So I birthed this beauty (not really, that would be gross)
  8. The cast of characters....yep only 4 ingredients!
  9. First start by making your pudding according to box directions, mine called for three cups, hence the quantity above.
  10. And if you just looked up, I meant above in the ingredient list silly!
  11. Now dip you Oreos until just wet in about a cup of milk
  12. Layer in your pan.
  13. I used a 13inch pan but then ran out of cookies for my second layer :( so I suggest a 8 inch
  14. Then top with half the pudding
  15. Then half the cool whip.
  16. And yes you can make your own, rub it in my face Martha Stewart!
  17. Now repeat!
  18. If you run low on cookies for the second layer just kinda fling them around (shhhh its covered nobody will know.
  19. wink wink)
  20. Now sprinkle on some crushed cookie so people kinda know what is under that fluffy cloud of white.
  21. And chill for at least an hr before serving.
  22. Cool and refreshing and its cheap and easy

oreos, milk, vanilla instant pudding
