Indulgent White Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into base of 23cm springform pan and refridgerate while preparing filling.
  3. Combine gelatine and hot water, stir to dissolve, cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Beat in cooled white chocolate.
  6. Beat in cream.
  7. Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixutre, spoon evenly over crumb crust.
  8. Refridgerate until set.
