Yogurt Rich Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Strain the yogurt overnight.
  2. Crush the cookies, mix with melted butter, and press onto the bottom of a mold lined with parchment paper.
  3. Pour 100 ml of heavy cream into a mug cup and microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Add the crushed cookies into a bowl, and pour in the warm heavy cream.
  5. Mix with a whisk until the chocolate melts.
  6. If the chocolate is not melting, microwave a little bit.
  7. Don't make it too hot.
  8. In a separate bowl, add yogurt sugar eggs sifted cake flour and cocoa powder in that order, and mix with a whisk.
  9. Add Step 4 and 100 ml of remaining heavy cream at the end.
  10. The batter is ready.
  11. Pour into the mold, and bake in the oven at 180C for about 45 ~ 50 minutes.
  12. When baked, chill with the mold in the fridge, then slice.
  13. This is a normal cheesecake recipe.
