Blondie's Mom's Basic Vegetable Curry Dip
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder, or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 parsley sprigs
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1 green onion, including some of the green tops, chopped
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until well blended.
- Transfer to a bowl or dish and refrigerate for several hours.
