Baked Fish With Tomato Sauce Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Haddock fillets
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1 sm Green pepper
- 7 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt ds Pepper
- Pour about 1/2 tomato sauce into deep, buttered pan, add in tightly rolled fillets.
- Cover with sliced green pepper, onions, salt and pepper, and balance of tomato sauce.
- Dot generously with butter.
- Bake in moderate oven (350 deg) for 25-30 min.
- Serves 4.
