Turkey Divan
- 2 packages (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Broccoli
- 3 cups Cooked Turkey, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix Or Toasted Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups French Fried Onion Rings (from A Can), Optional
- 2 cans (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder (optional)
- In a greased 9 x 12 baking dish (or equivalent of), layer broccoli and diced turkey, covering the bottom of the dish.
- Melt the butter and toss with stuffing mix or toasted bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbs over the broccoli/turkey layer.
- Mixing the sauce ingredients together.
- Pour sauce in an even layer over broccoli/turkey layer.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup stuffing mix/bread crumbs.
- Optional: top with 1/2 cup French Fried Onion Rings instead of stuffing mix or bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until nicely browned and bubbly.
- Notes: This recipe works well with diced cooked chicken instead of turkey.
- Curry powder can be left out without compromising the recipe.
- French Fried Onion Rings adds to the taste and creates a crunchy top!
