Chicken Enchiladas Microwave Recipe

  1. Dip tortillas in oil in skillet on stove top for 10 seconds on each side, just till limp.
  2. Set aside on paper towel.
  3. In a 4-c. bowl, heat butter for 30 seconds; blend in flour and seasonings.
  4. Add in chicken broth and heat uncovered for 2 min till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
