Honey-Sesame Crusted Tofu
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu, cut into 4 triangle shape
- 1 cup honey
- 12 cup white sesame seeds
- 12 cup black sesame seed
- Marinade tofu into pineapple juice for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Mix the sesame seeds together.
- Place the honey into bowl and dip the tofu until slightly coated then drain the excess honey.
- Put the sesame seeds into tray or plate and roll the tofu until totally covered (except the bottom of the tofu).
- Put into baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, check from time to time to avoid burning.
