Lucky Clover

• 2 ounces Raspberry Syrup
• 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes of orange flower water
• 1 medium egg white
• Ice
• 3 raspberries skewered on a pick, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the skewered raspberries and shake well.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered raspberries.
