Chicken Nardizzi Recipe
- 2 pound chicken cutlets, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 - 3 tbsp. veg. oil
- Oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Saute/fry garlic in oil.
- Mix chicken and oregano.
- Saute/fry in frying pan till white (don't brown).
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Microwave or possibly simmer mushrooms till water is removed.
- Put into frying pan with chicken and saute/fry 5 min.
- Add in wine and simmer another 5 or possibly 10 min.
- Add in flour to thicken slightly.
- Cook 12 ounces egg noodles.
