Ceviche verde

  1. Peel and wash shrimp.. Set in a deep dish
  2. Slightly steam cook jalapenos and chiles serranos
  3. Peel and steam cook tomatillos
  4. Put lemon juice, jalapenos, serranos, tomatillos, and cilantro (salt to taste) into a blender.
  5. Fully blend.
  6. Dice onion and cut avocados into cubes
  7. Pour blender contents onto shrimp, add onion and avocados.
  8. Let shrimp cook in the juice.
  9. Serve with tostadas
