Greek lamb burgers with spinach and red onion salad Recipe

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and 1A 1/2 tablespoons oil in medium bowl; mix in lamb.
  2. Shape into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
  3. Cook patties in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side for medium.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat broiler.
  5. Broil buns until golden, about 2 minutes.
  6. Top each bun bottom with burger.
  7. Toss spinach, feta, onion, vinegar, and 1A 1/2 tablespoons oil in bowl.
  8. Place salad atop burgers.
  9. Cover with bun tops, pressing firmly to compact.
