Fried Chicken
- 2 kg Chicken
- 2 Lemons
- 1 tbsp Tumeric
- 1 medium Chilli Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 large Ginger, Garlic, Chilli paste
- 5 tbsp Corn flour
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Clean Chicken thoroughly
- Separate boneless pieces of chicken and cut them in small chunks
- Sprinkle tumeric, chilli powder (bedgi chilli)
- Squeeze lemons
- Salt
- Whisk an egg and mix it in with others
- Cover the chicken with the marinate and rest it for 20 minutes
- Put a table spoon or two of oil in a flat pan
- After the pan gets hot, pick the marinated pieces of chicken
- Cover the pieces with corn flour
- Place the pieces separately on the pan
- Shallow fry both the sides till it gets golden colour
- Ready to serve
