Fried Chicken

  1. Clean Chicken thoroughly
  2. Separate boneless pieces of chicken and cut them in small chunks
  3. Sprinkle tumeric, chilli powder (bedgi chilli)
  4. Squeeze lemons
  5. Salt
  6. Whisk an egg and mix it in with others
  7. Cover the chicken with the marinate and rest it for 20 minutes
  8. Put a table spoon or two of oil in a flat pan
  9. After the pan gets hot, pick the marinated pieces of chicken
  10. Cover the pieces with corn flour
  11. Place the pieces separately on the pan
  12. Shallow fry both the sides till it gets golden colour
  13. Ready to serve
