Roast Potato Salad

  1. Spray the potatoes and onion well with oil, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with vinegar.
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 200C for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Combine together the potatoes, onion, kabana and parsley, drizzle with combined mayonnaise and milk.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
