Nana's Hearty Whole Wheat Veggie Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook vegetables in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Whisk egg product, milk and seasonings in large bowl until blended.
  5. Stir in cheese and vegetables.
  6. Spread bread onto bottom of 2-qt.
  7. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with vegetable mixture.
  8. Bake 45 to 50 min.
  9. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
