Strapple Salad

  1. In a small bowl toss the cut up apples with 1 tablespoon of the salad dressing to halt browning.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve salad dressing on the side.
  5. Salad dressing is best prepared at least 1 hour in advance.
  6. Whisk before pouring.
