Vegetarian Sandwich

  1. Toast breads.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture on toast.
  4. Add lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, and cheese, (if using).
  5. Top with bean sprouts, serve with a pickle.
