Stir Fry Vegan Ramen
- 3 (8 ounce) packages ramen noodles or 3 (8 ounce) packagesinstant noodles
- 1 cup water or 1 cup stock
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 dash black pepper
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 3 small deseeded chili peppers (optional)
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peri-peri or 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- cooked instant noodles as package drain and set aside.
- with sesame oil brown onion then add carrot saute for one minute then noodle.
- add sauce and half cup of water and mix well then add beansprouts with spring onion for 2 minute.
- if its too dry add all water then mix well til almost dry.
- off heat top black pepper and mix well and serve.
