Holiday Fiesta Spread

• 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
• 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup chopped avocados
• 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
• 1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
• 2 thin wheat snack crackers
• RITZ Snowflake Crackers

1. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and seasoning mix; spread into Christmas tree shape on 10-inch plate.
2. Top with sour cream to within 1/4 inch of edges.
3. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese around edges.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
5. Remove cheese spread from refrigerator about 15 min.
6. before serving.
7. Decorate with avocados, olives and peppers to resemble garland, lights and ornaments.
8. Place crackers at bottom of tree for the trunk.
9. Serve with the RITZ Crackers.
