Tuna Fish Steaks With Sesame Coriander Sauce

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Wipe the steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients except the coriander and mix well.
  4. Grill the tuna until medium rare.
  5. Add the coriander to the sauce and serve separately.
