Easy Carrot Dressing

• 40 grams Sweet carrots
• 40 grams Sweet onions
• 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil or vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
• 1 to 2 teaspoons Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 pinch White pepper

1. Grate the carrots and onions.
2. Put all the ingredients into a dressing bottle or glass jar and shake it up.
