Low Fat Healthy Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 12 cup skim milk
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- Combine all ingredients.
- Stir or shake in a closed container until mixed well and the mayonnaise is no longer lumpy.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
- You may add more skim milk and/or water to make the dressing more thin if desired.
