Eastern Shore Crab Dip
- 12 ounces, weight Lump Crab Meat (I Use Canned)
- 8 ounces, weight Neufchatel Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2.
- In a bowl, stir all ingredients until well-combined.

- Spread into a shallow baking dish (8x8 works well).
- 4.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is melty.
- 5.
- Serve with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
