Frozen Lime Tarts with Kiwi

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press into a lined muffin pan and press down to make a firm crust.
  3. (I use parchment muffin cups, these things rule!)
  4. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, juice, zest and food coloring.
  5. Spoon lime mixture into the muffin cups on top of crust.
  6. Top with lime zest and kiwi slice.
  7. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Enjoy!
