Guacamole
- 1 whole Avocado (should Be Soft Enough To Indent Easily, But Not Squishy)
- 1 whole Roma Or Vine Tomato, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Jalapeno, Diced (with Seeds If You Like Spicy, None If You Don't)
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 Splash Lime Juice
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Because this guac is so popular, I usually allot 1 avocado per 1 or 2 people when serving with chips or tacos.
- Just multiply the recipe by how many people you want to serve.
- Cut avocado in half from tip to base.
- Using your chopping knife, strike into the pit, then twist and it will pop right out.
- Use a spoon to scrape avocado out of skin, into a bowl, then mash with forks or a potato masher.
- A few lumps are a good thing.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- If youre really into spice, you could also add some chili pepper or paprika.
- Also, I really like garlic, so if its not so much your thing, you may want to cut back a little.
- Some people also like to add cilantro.
- Thats it!
- Now eat it all, right this moment with chips or on tacos, burgers, etc.
- Delicious.
