Mock Champagne Cocktail

• ice cube
• 2 cups fresh orange juice
• 1 cup chilled club soda
• fresh mint sprig (for garnish)

1. Fill 2 Champagne flutes withice cubes.
2. Divide orange juice between the two.
3. Top up with club soda.
4. Garnish with mint.
