Sausage And Peppers Pasta Recipe

  1. Cut sausage into quarters.
  2. Brown in extra virgin olive oil, then remove from pan.
  3. In same pan, saute/fry peppers, onion, garlic and fresh tomatoes till limp.
  4. Add in sausage, mushrooms, salt, pepper and canned tomatoes.
  5. Simmer 45 min.
  6. Stir cornstarch into wine with wire whisk, then whip into sauce.
  7. Cook another 15 min, uncovered, till thickened.
  8. Serve over pasta.
  9. Top with Parmesan.
