Home Made Pizza! My Very Best
- 2 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1 envelope Instant rise yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Shredded modzerella cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Tomatoe paste
- 1 tbsp Tomatoe sauce
- 2 clove Chopped garlic
- 12 slice Pepperoni
- 1/4 cup Mushroom
- Add instant rise yeast and flour in a mixing bowl
- Add sugar and oil into the warm water
- Set your mixer on low speed to knead while add the warm water mixture
- Set aside to rise for ten minutes
- Saute garlic in 1tsp of oil
- Add tomatoe paste, tomatoe sauce and half of the grated Parmesan, stir until Parmesan is desolved
- Remove dough from container.. You can chose to roll it out to your desire thickeness.
- I rolled mine to 1/3 inch thick.
- Or press it out on your pizza pan.
- Spread the sauce over pizza dough
- Add parmasen and modzerella cheese
- Add pepperoni and mushroom or any toppings you like
- Your oven must be preheated 190C
- Baked for 20 minutes or until crust is golden
