Brandy/White Wine Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Cooking White Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Brandy
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 whole Apple
- 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries, Cherry Flavored
- Take chicken and pound in between Saran wrap to make it thin, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cover chicken with flour.
- Heat butter in a frying pan.
- It takes about 1 minute.
- Place chicken in the frying pan and cook on each side until brown.
- It takes about 5 minutes on each side.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
- Mix the cooking white wine, brandy and honey together.
- Also, cut the apple into thin slices.
- I use honey crisp apple.
- When chicken is done, take out of pan.
- In the frying pan, add the sauce, apple slices and cherries.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until the apples are tender.
