Brandy/White Wine Chicken

  1. Take chicken and pound in between Saran wrap to make it thin, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Cover chicken with flour.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  4. It takes about 1 minute.
  5. Place chicken in the frying pan and cook on each side until brown.
  6. It takes about 5 minutes on each side.
  7. While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
  8. Mix the cooking white wine, brandy and honey together.
  9. Also, cut the apple into thin slices.
  10. I use honey crisp apple.
  11. When chicken is done, take out of pan.
  12. In the frying pan, add the sauce, apple slices and cherries.
  13. Cook for 3 minutes.
  14. Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until the apples are tender.
