Cheesy Portobello Sandwiches

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  3. Top with mushrooms.
  4. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, carefully moving mushrooms to stir onions occasionally.
  5. Remove onions from skillet; set aside.
  6. Top mushrooms with cheese and continue cooking until cheese begin to melt.
  7. Place 1/4 of the onions on bottom half of each bun; cover with mushroom and top half of bun.
