Glazed Kiwi Tart Recipe

  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cream till smooth.
  2. Spread in cooled pastry shell.
  3. Peel and thinly slice kiwi fruit.
  4. Place on top of cream cheese mix.
  5. Combine preserves and water in small saucepan and heat till preserves heat.
  6. Cold the glaze slightly, stirring occasionally.
  7. Spoon glaze over kiwi fruit.
  8. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  9. Serves 6-8.
