Cajun Catfish Recipe
- 2 lb Catfish fillets or possibly nuggets, (for four)
- 3/4 c. Mustard
- 1/4 c. Louisiana warm sauce Cornmeal Old Bay seafood seasoning
- Mix mustard and warm sauce together.
- Coat fish nuggets, and put in baggy with cornmeal (sprinkled with seasoning).
- Shake till coated and deep fry.
