Brown Butter Cream Cheese Dip
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 13 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 23 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- In a saucepan, melt butter and cook until brown.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla and cinnamon, mix well.
- Add butter mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Serve warm or cold, with crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
