Ham, Corn And Potato Chowder Recipe

  1. Cover unpeeled potatoes with salted water and cook till tender.
  2. Remove potato skins and cut into small chunks.
  3. In large saucepan heat butter.
  4. Saute/fry onion for about 5 min.
  5. Add in lowfat milk, ham, cream of mushroom soup and potatoes.
  6. Cook over medium low heat about 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add in cream style corn, salt and pepper.
  8. Bring to boiling.
  9. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 min.
  10. Taste to see if more salt and peppers needed.
  11. 4 servings.
  12. May be doubled.
